The brief
The scheme required a centralised plant installation with distribution to multiple risers, delivered against a fixed energisation date.
Our approach
Off-site fabrication reduced site hours and improved quality control. Commissioning was planned from week one, with witness points agreed with the client's engineer.
Delivery
Plant was installed, pressure tested and electrically verified in sequence, with progressive inspection records issued throughout.
Outcome
Energisation was achieved to programme with full test certification and operator training delivered at handover.
