Ardleigh Group was formed to remove a problem clients have tolerated for years: construction and building services procured separately, coordinated late, and reconciled at commissioning when it is most expensive to fix.

The corporate entity is new. The experience is not. Our management team is drawn from organisations delivering major and complex construction projects, and that experience shapes how we plan, price and run work today.

More than 50 experienced tradespeople and management professionals.

Our teams combine construction managers, project leaders, engineers, commercial staff and directly engaged trades. Leadership experience spans major and complex construction projects with values reaching approximately £500 million — experience held by individuals prior to Ardleigh Group, rather than Ardleigh Group contract value.
