The brief
The developer needed a delivery partner able to take both finishing works and services completion across a live handover programme.
Our approach
A rolling floor-by-floor sequence allowed early plots to be released while later floors remained in production.
Delivery
Quality gates were applied at each plot, with snagging closed out before the plot entered the handover queue.
Outcome
Plots were released progressively with consistent quality records and a single point of accountability for both trades.
