The brief

The asset required a refreshed arrival experience and improved base-build performance without displacing existing tenants or interrupting building operations.

Our approach

We produced a phased delivery plan built around tenant movements, with hoarding lines, temporary routes and out-of-hours working agreed before mobilisation.

Delivery

Structural, finishes and services packages ran in tight sequence with weekly interface reviews. Noise and dust-generating activity was confined to agreed windows.

Outcome

The building remained fully operational throughout, with the reception and common parts released to the landlord ahead of the marketing campaign.
